Actuarius moved to github

I have moved the Actuarius project to github: https://github.com/chenkelmann/actuarius. The documentation has been moved to to the project README and to a Wiki.

The maven repo will continue to be hosted on henkelmann.eu, so you do not need to change your project settings. The same holds for the Scaladoc and the web dingus.
